New Booking

From our website, you can book between one (1) and three (3) rooms per reservation, according to the current conditions.

For any group request, the hotel reserves the right to apply specific sales and cancellation conditions. We invite you to contact our team at contact@stendhalparis.com.

The maximum occupancy is regulated and varies depending on the room type. We therefore invite you to specify the number of people per room when checking availability. We also recommend that you carefully review the sales conditions associated with the proposed rates in order to choose the most suitable option.

For safety reasons, children aged 0 to 12 must stay with an adult in compliance with the room's maximum occupancy. From the age of 13, they may stay in a separate room. However, the responsibility of the legal guardians, who must be present in the hotel, remains complete.

This information must be communicated prior to the stay so that our teams can prepare the room accordingly (removal of alcoholic beverages).

The establishment does not allow unaccompanied minors to stay.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate unless otherwise specified during your booking (B&B rate or special offer).

If the selected rate does not include breakfast, you may be offered the option to add it at a preferential rate during the booking process.

Comfort and accessibility for people with reduced mobility are at the heart of our priorities, and our team is trained to assist guests with specific needs.

However, due to the architecture of our building, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate guests in wheelchairs.

Existing Booking

Several options are available to you:

• Check the reception of your Booking Confirmation in your spam folder.

• If you have not received anything, you can contact our team at contact@stendhalparis.com to obtain your confirmation number or request a resend of the email. For security reasons, you will be asked to confirm your last name, first name, email address, phone number, and stay dates.

To modify or cancel your reservation, please follow the steps below:

• Check the terms of sale:

Verify the sales and cancellation terms applicable to your reservation, as any modification and/or cancellation depends on the type of rate chosen and other related criteria.

• Cancellation deadline:

Refer to the conditions indicated on your reservation confirmation to know the applicable cancellation deadline.

• Modify or cancel a reservation made on the hotel website:

You can modify/cancel your reservation from your Reservation Confirmation. You can submit your request in writing to our team at the email address contact@stendhalparis.com.

• Modify or cancel a reservation made by phone or email:

You can submit your modification or cancellation request in writing to our team at the email address contact@stendhalparis.com.

For security reasons, you will be asked to confirm your name, first name, email address, phone number, and dates of stay.

Our teams are neither qualified nor authorized to make changes or cancellations to a reservation made through a third-party company such as a Travel Agency or Online Booking Platform (Booking.com, Expedia, etc).

Any request for modification/cancellation must be made with the concerned Travel Agency or Online Booking Platform.

You can cancel your reservation and receive a refund of any amounts paid to the hotel only if the terms and conditions applicable to your reservation allow it.

Refunds are made within 48 hours following the cancellation of the reservation and only to the Credit Card used for payment.

No reservation will be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

o Reservation marked as Non-Refundable;

o Late cancellation (outside the applicable deadlines of the chosen rate conditions);

o No-Show reservation.

Payments

Your banking details are required to confirm your online reservation, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. This step ensures the reservation's validity: the card used must be valid on the date of your stay.

Depending on the type of rate selected (see the reserved rate conditions), a partial or full payment may be made at the time of booking (with immediate charge). This information is specified at various stages of the booking process and in the payment section.

Please note: Upon your arrival at the hotel, it is essential to present the card used to guarantee or prepay the reservation. For further details, please refer to the payment terms indicated in the "Payment" section of the general terms and conditions.

The payment terms may vary depending on the selected rate. Some require full payment before arrival, while others may require a partial payment. We invite you to carefully review the sales conditions associated with the chosen rate.

During an online payment, the accepted payment methods appear during the dedicated step (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX).

To prevent fraud and ensure optimal confidentiality, our establishment uses the 3-D Secure secure payment system. Authentication is not systematic and depends on several parameters specific to the card used.

The padlock displayed in your browser attests to the security of the site. Our payment page uses the SSL encryption protocol, one of the best solutions for securing transactions. All the data you enter is automatically encrypted during transmission.

After entering your bank details, you will be redirected to a page generated by your bank to verify the identity of the cardholder (This authentication step varies according to banks).

Once authentication is validated, your payment is confirmed and your reservation is finalized. A booking confirmation will then be sent to you.

Hotel & Services

Our reception is open 24/7 to welcome you and answer all your questions or requests.

Our establishment does not have private parking. However, if you arrive with your vehicle, you can park at Indigo Paris Vendôme parking, open 24 hours, located at 28 Place Vendôme – 75001 Paris, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

You can benefit from preferential rates by booking your parking directly on their website.

We inform you that pets are unfortunately not allowed within the establishment, in order to preserve the comfort and tranquility of all our guests.

Three stations are located near our establishment, each served by several lines:

• Madeleine – lines 8, 12 & 14 (5 minutes on foot)

• Opéra – lines 3, 7 & 8 (7 minutes on foot)

• Tuileries – line 1 (7 minutes on foot)

Yes, our team will be delighted to store your luggage if your room is not ready upon arrival and after your departure from the room, and will take care of your personal belongings so that you can fully enjoy your day in Paris.

No, for security reasons and limited available space, the luggage service is intended only for hotel guests, from the day of arrival to the day of departure.

Yes, our team will be delighted to receive and store your package until your arrival. However, we note that your first and last name must be on the package and due to limited available space, packages can only be received at the earliest, seven (7) days before your arrival.

Rooms are available from 2 PM on the day of your arrival. If you arrive earlier, our team will be pleased to take care of your luggage until your room is ready.

Early access may be offered subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Upon your arrival, a pre-authorization of €150 is placed on your credit card. This is not a withdrawal, but a temporary hold.

This pre-authorization covers potential expenses during your stay (minibar, additional services, consumptions) and protects the establishment in case of accidental damage in the room, common areas, or non-compliance with the no-smoking/vaping policy in the room as restoration fees.

The pre-authorized amount is released by our team at the end of the stay, after your room has been checked and all expenses have been settled.

This procedure is a standard practice in the hospitality industry and ensures a smooth and worry-free stay for all our guests.

You may receive a guest in your room, within the maximum occupancy allowed by your room. For security reasons, your guest must present themselves at the Reception.

If they stay overnight, your guest will be required to pay the applicable tourist tax.

For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum occupancy planned for each room.

In case of non-compliance, the pre-authorized bank charge of €150 made at check-in will be charged by the hotel as a fee for restoring the room, and the hotel management reserves the right to ask you to leave the establishment the same day, without any right to any refund.

Yes, of course! Just inform our reception team upon your arrival or our breakfast team when you want to enjoy it. The billing for this service will be charged to your room.

If your rate already includes breakfast, no action is required: it is automatically included in your stay.

All reservations are guaranteed by full or partial prepayment.

This allows us to hold your room beyond the standard arrival time.

If you do not arrive by 10:00 AM the day after your arrival date, and without prior information, your reservation will be considered a no-show. In this case, prepaid amounts will not be refunded.

Rooms must be vacated by 12 p.m. on the day of departure.

A Late Check-Out may be offered depending on availability and may incur additional charges.

Billing & Post-Stay

The payment methods accepted in our establishment are: cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Your invoice will be sent to you by email on the day of your departure. If you would like a paper version, please request it from our reception team.

Yes, we can prepare an invoice for your company. We invite you to make the request with our reception team before or during your stay, specifying the services and products concerned.

Please note: Services and products cannot be modified once the invoice is settled and numbered.
