PREAMBLE

The website accessible at the address www.stendhalparis.com (hereinafter "the Site") is owned and published by the company HOTEL STENDHAL, a Simplified Joint Stock Company (SAS) with a share capital of €140.00, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number B 315 605 972, whose registered office is located at 22 rue Danielle Casanova - 75002 Paris. Intra-community VAT number: FR55315605972.

Within the framework of these general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC"), the hotel Le Stendhal and the client are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party".

These GTC apply to any reservation made, regardless of the client's country of origin and the currency used. Any reservation implies full acceptance of these GTC.

The hotel Le Stendhal reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The GTC applicable are those in force at the date of confirmation of the reservation.

ARTICLE 1: LEXICON

In these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the terms below shall have the following meanings:

Confirmation Email: Electronic mail sent by the hotel Le Stendhal at the end of the reservation or ordering process. It summarizes the elements of the reservation validated by the Client and confirms receipt. This email serves as final confirmation of the reservation.

Reservation Confirmation: An electronic document summarizing the main features of the services reserved by the Client (type of room, dates of stay, additional services). The confirmation occurs after the Client's banking information for payment or guarantee is entered, followed by final validation.

Contract: Agreement formed between the Client and the hotel Le Stendhal concerning the provision of services actually ordered by the Client, including accommodation, possible dining, and ancillary services.

• The Client: Any adult individual with full legal capacity, contracting personally for private or professional purposes, and having made a reservation within the establishment.

Booking Request: Expression of intent by the Client to reserve one or more rooms, made through mobile services, online, by phone, or by any other means of communication.

Mobile Services: Set of technologies allowing access to the Internet from a mobile device (smartphone, tablet) to consult and reserve the services offered by the hotel Le Stendhal.

• Online: Booking operation carried out by the Client directly on the website www.stendhalparis.com including selection of services and input of personal and banking information.

Offline: Booking operation carried out in ways other than online, notably by telephone or email exchange, resulting in a registration process in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Hotel: Refers to the establishment Le Stendhal, situated at 22 rue Daniel Casanova - 75002 Paris, offering notably temporary accommodation services, dining, and complementary services.

Services: Set of services offered by the hotel Le Stendhal, particularly room rental, breakfast provision, and any other ancillary service to temporary accommodation, whose features are specified on the site www.stendhalparis.com, in accordance with article L.. 111-1 of the Consumer Code.

Extras: Optional additional services to the main reservation, such as private transfers, breakfast, a bottle of champagne, a bouquet of flowers, etc., available for purchase before or during the stay.

Website: Electronic service operated by the hotel Le Stendhal, accessible at the address www.stendhalparis.com allowing notably the consultation of offers and reservation of services.

ARTICLE 2: SCOPE

2.1 Scope

2.1.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all services offered by the Hotel on its Website, by email, and by phone, particularly room reservations and complementary services related to temporary accommodation.

2.1.2. They govern all service booking operations carried out by the Client, whether online or through any other communication channel.

2.2 Territory

The services presented on the site are intended to be provided exclusively at the establishment Le Stendhal, located at 22 rue Daniel Casanova - 75002 Paris, to the exclusion of any other location.

2.3 Duration

2.3.1. These GTC are applicable throughout the duration of the services being available online by the Hotel on its Website.

2.3.2. The Hotel reserves the right to suspend or permanently close access to its Website or online booking space, without notice or compensation.

2.3.3. The Hotel cannot be held liable in the event of temporary or permanent unavailability of the Website or online booking space, regardless of the cause or duration.

2.4 Legal Regime

2.4.1. These General Conditions are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Code, notably articles L.121-16 and following.

2.4.2. Any reservation, whether made Online (on the Website) or Offline (by phone or email), is subject to full acceptance of these General Conditions and the specific pricing conditions applicable to each service.

2.5 Purpose

2.5.1. These GTC aim to define the rights and obligations of the Parties in the context of the booking of services offered by the Hotel.

2.5.2. They govern all necessary stages for placing, managing, following up, modifying, and validating reservations. 

ARTICLE 3: CLIENT CAPACITY AND ACCEPTANCE

3.1 Absence of Right of Withdrawal

The Client does not have a right of withdrawal when purchasing a stay, whether Online or Offline. According to article L. 221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning accommodation services, other than for residential purposes.

Any cancellation request will therefore be subject to the specific conditions of the reservation, which the Client must consult beforehand.

3.2 Legal Capacity

The Client declares having full legal capacity to contract, being of legal age according to French law, and not being subject to judicial protection measures, such as guardianship or curatorship.

The Client agrees to use the Website in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), both for their own account and for the Beneficiaries of the services they have ordered on the Hotel's Website, acting as agent (hereinafter the "Beneficiaries"). They acknowledge that these GTC also apply to the Beneficiaries.

The Client assumes financial responsibility for the use of the Hotel's Website, whether for their own account or for the Beneficiaries, except where it can be proven that fraudulent use was made without fault or negligence on their part.

The Client guarantees the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided, both for themselves and for the Beneficiaries using their data on the Hotel's Website.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse any contractual relationship with a Client who engages in fraudulent use of the Hotel's Website or who does not comply with these GTC.

It is reminded that, in accordance with article 313-1 of the French Criminal Code:

"Fraud involves deceiving a natural or legal person, either by using a false name or false quality, or by abusing a real quality, or by using fraudulent maneuvers to induce them to hand over funds, goods, or services, or to consent to an act creating obligations or discharges. Fraud is punishable by five years of imprisonment and a fine of €375,000.”

The Hotel reserves the right to request an official identity document at the Client's arrival, including the date of birth.

3.3 Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The Client acknowledges that these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are an integral part of the contract concluded with the Hotel.

3.4 Presentation of Contractual Documents

The Client agrees that the GTC, the documents presenting the services and specific pricing, and the ordering procedures will be presented to them online on the Hotel's Website for the purpose of concluding the contract.

3.5 Prior Information

The Client declares having obtained, before any reservation validation, all necessary information about the services offered, either via the Hotel's Website or from the establishment's staff (by phone, email, or in person).

3.6 Consultation and Acceptance

The Client acknowledges having read and accepted these GTC and the entire terms of the commercial offer before finalizing their reservation.

Any reservation validation, whether made Online or Offline, necessarily implies prior consultation and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

3.7 Electronic Signature

The Client expressly agrees that entering their banking information, accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), and validating the reservation constitute an electronic signature under article 1367 of the Civil Code (formerly article 1316-4), having, between the Parties, the same legal value as a handwritten signature.

3.8 Personal Use

The Client declares making any reservation for their personal needs and not for resale or subletting purposes.

3.9 Consultation and Archiving

The Client has the possibility to consult, download, and print these GTC at any time via the Hotel's Website, particularly in the dedicated "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" section.

3.10 Filling Out Administrative Documents

Upon arrival, the Client and their companions are required, with the presentation of their identification, to complete a registration form and, if applicable, an individual police form, in accordance with the provisions of article R. 611-42 of the Code of Entry and Stay of Foreigners.

ARTICLE 4: WEBSITE CONTENT

4.1. Information Published on the Website

The Hotel's Website provides notably:

Complete identification of the company HOTEL STENDHAL SAS (corporate name, headquarters address, email address).

• The essential characteristics of the offered accommodations:(viewable in the "Our Rooms & Suites" section AND during the booking process via the availability calendar and room selection).

Note: photographs are non-contractual: the decoration, layout, and sizes of the rooms may vary within the establishment.

• The rates applied for each accommodation service and complementary services.

• The accepted payment methods.

• The General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

• The duration of offers and their rates.

The minimum stay duration, if applicable.

• The absence of a right of withdrawal and, where applicable, the cancellation terms.

4.2. Available Languages

The site is available in French and English. 

ARTICLE 5: BOOKING

5.1. Online Booking Methods

The Client selects the services offered on the Hotel's Website, with or without additional services ("Extras"), at clearly displayed rates.

The Client acknowledges having received all useful information before booking.

The Client is solely responsible for selecting services and their suitability to their needs. The Hotel cannot be held liable in this regard.

The reservation is deemed accepted once the Client clicks on "Confirm Booking".

5.2. Online Booking Process

• Selection of number of adult(s) ;

• Selection of number of child(ren) ;

• Optional entry of a promo code ;

• Selection of arrival and departure dates on the calendar ;

• Display of availability ;

• Choice of room, rates and possible Additional Services ;

• Display of the booking summary ;

• Entry of personal information (identity, email, phone, etc.) ;

• Validation of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and privacy policy ;

• Option to specify special requests (not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the Hotel) ;

• Secure online payment and immediate confirmation with reservation number.

5.3. Offline Booking Methods

The Client communicates their needs to the Hotel staff (stay dates, number of people) who provide available offers, rooms, rates, and services based on the stated criteria.

The Client selects services offered by the Hotel staff, with or without additional services ("Extras"), at clearly communicated rates by the staff.

The Client acknowledges having received all useful information before booking.

The Client is solely responsible for selecting services and their suitability to their needs. The Hotel cannot be held liable in this regard.

The reservation is deemed accepted once the Client has partially or fully paid for the reservation.

5.4. Offline Booking Process

• Booking Request by the Client with :

o Communication of desired arrival and departure dates ;

o Communication of number of adult(s) and child(ren) ;

o Communication of special requests (not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the Hotel) ;

• Offer by the Hotel with :

o Proposed available rooms ;

o Communication of prices and available pricing conditions ;

• Confirmation by the Client of their choice(s) ;

• Communication by the Client of their personal information needed for processing the reservation (identity, email, phone, etc.) ;

• Sending an Offer to the Client, by email, valid for 24h, containing :

o A reservation summary ;

o Proforma invoice for the stay ;

o A hyperlink to these GTC ;

o A secure online payment link (3D-Secure).

• Sending the Reservation Confirmation to the Client after payment acceptance.

5.5. Sales Conditions of Rates

• Flexible Rate - Booking from one (1) to four (4) nights

Payment of a Security Deposit equal to the first night's stay (excluding additional services and city tax) is required to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation is free, with full refund of the security deposit, until 3:00 PM (French time) two (2) days before the scheduled arrival date.

In the event of cancellation of a Flexible Rate reservation beyond this period, for whatever reason, the amount engaged (excluding additional services and city tax) will be retained by the Hotel and charged to the Client as damages, to compensate for the loss incurred.

• Semi-Flex Rate - Booking of five (5) nights and more

Payment of a Security Deposit corresponding to 30% of the total stay amount (excluding additional services and city tax), made via a 3D-Secure banking system, is required at booking to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation is free, with full refund of the security deposit, until 3:00 PM (French time) three (3) days before the scheduled arrival date.

In the event of cancellation of a Semi-Flex Rate reservation beyond this period, for whatever reason, the amount engaged (excluding additional services and city tax) will be retained by the Hotel and charged to the Client as damages, to compensate for the loss incurred.

• Non-Refundable Rate - No night restrictions

A deposit corresponding to 100% of the total stay amount (excluding additional services and city tax), made via a 3D-Secure banking system, is required at booking to confirm the reservation.

In the event of cancellation of a Non-Refundable Rate reservation, for whatever reason, the amount corresponding to 100% of the total stay (excluding additional services and city tax) will be retained by the Hotel and charged to the Client as damages, to compensate for the loss incurred. 

• Web Offer "Last Minute" - Booking from one (1) to four (4) nights

A deposit corresponding to 100% of the total stay amount (excluding additional services and city tax), made via a 3D-Secure banking system, is required at booking to confirm the reservation.

In the event of cancellation of a Web Offer "Last Minute" reservation, for whatever reason, the amount corresponding to 100% of the total stay (excluding additional services and city tax) will be retained by the Hotel and charged to the Client as damages, to compensate for the loss incurred.

• Rates including breakfast (Flexible B&B, Semiflex B&B, and Non-Refundable B&B)

For any reservation made with breakfast included, unused services cannot be subject to any rate adjustment and/or refund.

5.6. Reservation of four (4) rooms and more

The Client can reserve a maximum of three (3) rooms on the Hotel's Website. For any reservation of more rooms or for any other service request not appearing on the Website, we invite you to contact the Hotel directly.

In the case of a reservation of four (4) rooms or more, specific sales conditions "group" may apply, involving a deposit from the Client and the application of particular cancellation and modification conditions. For any information in this regard, please contact the Hotel.

5.7. Formation of the Contract

The Contract is concluded:

• After express acceptance by the Client of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and reservation validation.

• When the reservation is confirmed by the Hotel with the assignment of a reservation number.

A confirmation email is sent to the Client, summarizing all the reservation elements.

5.8. Modification of the Contract

Any modification request must be made in writing and sent to the Hotel. It will be considered accepted only upon receipt, by the Client, of a written confirmation issued by the Hotel.

Any extension of stay will be subject to the same sales conditions accepted during the initial booking and charged at the rate in effect at the modification request date.

5.9. Contract Cancellation

Any cancellation request must be made in writing and sent to the Hotel. It will be considered accepted only upon receipt, by the Client, of a written confirmation issued by the Hotel, in accordance with the sales conditions accepted upon booking.

For security reasons, you may be asked to confirm your name, first name, email address, phone number, and stay dates.

In the event of cancellation AND if applicable in accordance with the sales conditions applicable to the reservation, any total or partial payment made will be refunded within 48 hours of the cancellation confirmation issued by the Hotel, after deducting any cancellation fees.

Any refund is made on the same payment method as the original one.

Non-Refundable reservations cannot be refunded.

5.10. Early Departure

In case of interruption of the stay, the amount of the night of the day and the one following the early departure day will be charged, without right to refund or any Credit or exchange for the Client as financial compensation for the incurred damage.

In case of reservation with full payment during the booking process, no refund will be granted due to this.

5.11. Late Departure

Unless a special arrangement is granted by the Hotel, the room must be vacated no later than 12:00. Beyond this, a supplement of €80 will be applied per hour started, up to 3:00 PM. After this deadline, an additional night will be charged at the current rate.

5.12. Nominative Reservations

Reservations are personal and non-transferable.

5.13. Additional Note

In case of dispute with a Client regarding a reservation and/or a past stay, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse any new reservation request and/or cancel a reservation for the same Client.

ARTICLE 6: RATES & PRICING CONDITIONS

6.1. Display of Rates

The prices related to service booking are indicated before and during the booking process.

They are valid in real time according to the procedures provided for in article 5.2. for Online reservations and article 5.3. for Offline reservations.

The specific pricing conditions applicable to each type of room or additional service are specified during the Client's choice of service.

6.2. Service Pricing

The prices of services are established based on the economic conditions in force at the time of price definition and are expressed in euros (€).

The Hotel reserves the right to modify the prices at any time before the reservation confirmation.

Prices may be revised after the reservation, particularly due to occupancy rate changes, new charges or taxes applied to services, or currency exchange rate developments.

However, once the reservation is confirmed, no price change can occur until the departure date.

6.3. Pricing Application Methods

Prices are per room, for the number of persons and for the selected date(s).

Unless subscribing to a specific supplement, the stay by default includes:

• Possession of the room (check-in) from 2:00 PM,

• Room release (check-out) no later than 12:00.

• Upon arrival, a bank pre-authorization of €150 and a valid ID of each occupant will be required.

In case of departure not made in the presence of the client, the establishment reserves the right to debit the bank card left as an imprint during check-in.

6.4. Applicable Taxes

The indicated prices are in euros (€) and all taxes included (TTC), including VAT at the rate in force on the day of reservation confirmation.

Any variation in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the displayed prices.

6.5. Payments in Foreign Currencies

If payment is made in a currency other than the establishment's country currency, any conversion or banking fees will be solely borne by the Client.

6.6. Settlement Currency

All reservations are billed and payable in euros (€), unless expressly stated otherwise during the booking process.

6.7. Additional Services

Unless specifically mentioned, additional services ("extras") selected by the Client are not included in the initial room price.

Some complementary services validated during the reservation may be immediately due if the selected rate does not correspond to a Flexible or Semi-Flex rate.

These services are also subject to VAT at the rate applicable on the reservation day.

6.8. Tourist Tax

The tourist tax, set by the municipality of Paris and the Ile de France Region, is applicable per day and per adult.

It is payable on site at the time of stay, and its amount may change without notice.

6.9. Tax Changes

Any change in the applicable VAT rate between the reservation date and the consumption date of the stay (and additional services) will be automatically applied to the billed rates.

6.10. Rate Variation Based on Exchange Rates

When the rate is to be paid on site in local currency, discrepancies may arise compared to the rate initially communicated at reservation due to exchange rate fluctuations between the reservation date and the stay date.

6.11. Damages and Theft

Any missing item found in the room will be charged to the Client at the current rate, available upon request at the reception.

In the event of room damage, common areas, or equipment damage, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the Client for the total cost of necessary repairs and/or replacements.

In case of non-compliance with the smoking/vaping ban in the room, the Hotel reserves the right to retain the €150 bank pre-authorization, made during check-in, as restoration fees.

ARTICLE 7: PAYMENT

The Hotel's Website uses some of the current most advanced Internet security technologies.

All reservation stages are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the reference technology in this field.

Your information is encrypted and protected through server authentication and data flow encryption.

The Security Certificate used is issued by the accredited third-party company SystemPay by Lyra and used by our booking system D-Edge and our hotel management software Medialog.

Furthermore, our reservation system is hosted in a secure server environment equipped with biometric security, firewalls, and other advanced technologies to prevent interferences and prevent any unauthorized intrusion.

7.1. Online Payment

For a rate subject to total or partial online payment, the debit is made upon reservation completion by the Client, through a secured IT process.

At the time of online payment, the debited amount includes accommodation price and corresponding taxes.

Any additional service or "Extra" reserved and delivered by the Hotel during the Client's stay, which has not been prepaid at reservation, must be settled no later than departure day.

7.2. Booking Guarantee

The Client makes the deposit or advance payment via the reservation engine (Online) or through a secure payment link sent by email (Offline) with the information entry secured by SSL encryption.

Under no circumstances will the Hotel or its staff request the bank card security code (CVV) from the Client, except for additional service reservation requests made by the Hotel or its staff, on behalf and for the Client with a third-party merchant (restaurant, tourist site, etc.) requiring this information.

7.3. Payment at the Hotel

Any remaining balance must be paid directly at the Hotel during the stay, except for special conditions or rates requiring full payment upon booking. In this case, payment is made in accordance with the contractual conditions previously accepted by the Client.

7.4. Bank Card Verification

Our service provider SystemPay by Lyra, chosen by the Hotel for securing online payments, verifies the Client's bank card validity. If the card is refused for any reason (stolen card, blocked card, reached limit, entry error, etc.), the Client will have to contact their bank to identify the problem's origin, then the establishment to confirm their reservation and payment method.

7.5. Bank Preauthorization at Check-In

At check-in, a bank preauthorization of €150 per room will be requested as a guarantee.

This preauthorization will not be debited unless there are damages, unpaid items, or non-compliance with the smoking/vaping ban in the room.

The preauthorization will be canceled after verifying the room's condition and accounts.

7.6. Invoicing at the End of the Stay

After the stay, an invoice will be prepared in duplicate by the Hotel. A copy will be given to the Client upon departure, either in paper version or by email, according to their choice.

7.7. Advance Payment for High Amounts

If the Client's invoice amount exceeds €5,000 during their stay and the payment has not been made online, the Hotel may require an advance payment for the services provided during the stay, in accordance with the procedures set out in this article.

7.8. Payment by Check Refusal

Payment by check is not accepted, whether for accommodation, any other service, or product provided by the Hotel to the Client.

ARTICLE 8: COMPLAINTS

8.1. Complaint Procedure

For any complaint, the Client is invited to send a letter or email to:

8.2. Conformity Guarantee

The Hotel is bound by the conformity guarantee of services, under the conditions laid down by article L. 111-2 of the Consumer Code, without prejudice to any additional contractual guarantees that may be agreed in writing between the parties, outside these general conditions.

8.3. Accuracy of Information

The Hotel strives to ensure that the photographs, graphic representations, and texts provided give as accurate an overview as possible of the offered services.

However, photographs are non-contractual, as different rooms, while falling under the same rate, may have different sizes and variations in furniture, decoration, or renovations.

Unless a specific room request has been confirmed in writing, the Client cannot claim any complaint regarding these variations, provided they do not concern the essential service characteristics.

8.4. Responsibility in Case of Force Majeure

The Hotel cannot be held liable for non-performance or improper performance of the reservation in case of force majeure, third-party act, Client or its partners, such as internet network unavailability, inability to access the website, external intrusions, computer viruses, or in case of online payment refusal by the Client's bank.

8.5. Internet Access

Although the Hotel offers a Wi-Fi internet access service, if the service fails (total or partial), not attributable to the establishment, during the stay, the Client cannot cancel the reservation, obtain a refund, or compensation.

8.6. Responsibility for Indirect Damages

The Hotel will not incur any liability for indirect or immaterial damages, such as profit loss, business interruption, or any damage resulting from a third-party act, Client, or its partners.

8.7. Hypertext Links

Hyperlinks present on the Website may refer to certain sites not managed by the Hotel. As such, the Hotel cannot be held responsible for the content of these sites or the services they offer.

8.8. Safe and Valuables

The Client agrees to use their room safe for all valuables and sums of money worth less than or equal to €3,000. For items or sums of money worth more than €3,000, they may be deposited in the central Hotel safe.

8.9. Relocation in Case of Problem

In case of a problem affecting the reserved room (such as unforeseen breakdowns, significant damage, or other urgent situations), the Hotel reserves the right to relocate the Client to another equivalent establishment or room within a reasonable time.

The Client will be informed as soon as possible and taken care of by the Hotel to minimize any inconvenience. The Hotel commits to offering a satisfactory replacement solution at no additional cost to the Client, except in exceptional circumstances.

ARTICLE 9: MEDIATOR

In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 611-1 and R. 612-1 and following of the Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes, when the consumer has sent a written complaint to the professional and has not obtained satisfaction or response within two months, they can submit their complaint free of charge to the consumer mediator.

The mediator must be seized within a maximum of one year from the initial complaint.

ARTICLE 10: ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PLATFORM

In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, we inform the Client that they have the possibility to file a complaint on the online dispute resolution platform set up by the European Commission (ODR platform).

ARTICLE 11: DATA PROCESSING, PRIVACY, AND IMAGE RIGHTS

11.1. Data Collection

The information requested during the secure booking process is mandatory (indicated by an asterisk) to allow the Hotel, as the data controller, and its providers (payment, online booking, customer relationship) to process the order, manage the customer file, and send the newsletter.

The Client can choose to receive special offers and information about the Hotel's new services by email. They can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the dedicated link in the email.

The collected data is kept in accordance with the applicable legislation.

The Client has the right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete their information by contacting contact@stendhalparis.com.

11.2. Telephone Solicitation

The Client agrees that the Hotel may collect their phone data for the proper execution of the services.

In accordance with Law No. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014, the Client can register free of charge on the BLOCTEL list against telephone solicitation (www.bloctel.gouv.fr).

11.3. Right to Image

Booking nights and/or additional services in the establishment does not confer any right to audiovisual recording, filming, or photography on the Hotel's premises, including rooms, for commercial, promotional, advertising, or press relations purposes.

Any image or reproduction of the establishment's premises for public purposes is subject to prior authorization from the Hotel's Management, under penalty of infringement penalties, in accordance with the Intellectual Property Code.

ARTICLE 12: MISCELLANEOUS

12.1. Governing Law

These general conditions are governed by French law.

12.2. Validity of Provisions

If one of the provisions of these conditions is declared null, it will be deemed unwritten, without affecting the validity of the other provisions.

12.3. Non-Smoking

The entire establishment, both in communal spaces and rooms, is non-smoking.

In case of non-compliance with the smoking/vaping ban in the room, the Hotel reserves the right to retain the €150 bank pre-authorization, made during check-in, as restoration fees.

12.4. Pets

Certain decorative items in the rooms can be purchased. If an item is taken by mistake, the Hotel will charge the Client's bank card, according to the rates available at reception.

12.5. Video-Surveillance

The Client declares being informed of the establishment of a video protection system within the Hotel, declared to the CNIL and signaled by an information panel located at the entrance of the establishment, whose purpose is people and property security and protection.

The Client declares being informed that the Hotel management reserves the right to keep the recordings for one month and that they can be viewed in case of an incident by the Hotel's management and law enforcement.

To exercise their data and privacy rights, notably rights to access images concerning them, or for any information on this device, the Client can contact the Hotel by email at direction@stendhalparis.com.

12.6. Accessibility

The Hotel does not have wheelchair access. For other disability situations, we invite the Client to contact the Hotel staff to inform us of their needs during booking.
